Commercial lawn care
Each of these is part of a standard service visit.
Mowing
All turf areas on the property are cut each visit, including islands, medians, roadside strips and the areas around buildings.
Clippings are kept off walks and paved areas and out of landscape beds.
Edging
Sidewalks, curbs, drives and bed lines are edged so the turf has a clean, straight border.
String trimming
We trim around signs, light poles, fences, bollards, utility boxes, trees and building foundations, and anywhere else a mower can't reach.
Blow-off and cleanup
Walks, entries, curbs and parking areas are blown clean before the crew leaves, so tenants and customers don't walk through clippings.
Service schedule
In Northeast Florida, turf grows fastest from spring into fall and slows down through the winter. Most commercial properties are cut weekly during the growing season and less often in the cooler months.
We set the visit schedule for your property in the bid, so you know when the crew will be on site.
